1.How do I place an online order?

(5)Review the order information before submitting to pay.You need to fill in your credit card information and make sure that the information is authentic and matching.
(6)Then you will receive a confirmation email of the order you placed.

2.Is it safe to use my credit card?

3. What are your terms of payment?

4.Tracking Methods

It will take about 5-6 business days to arrive at the address you appointed.Besides,we will process the order within 2 days. In most cases, items are received within 10 days, but we say 12 days in case of any delay.

5. My credit card was declined, what now?

There are several reasons for a declined credit card transaction. The most common reason is that the address you entered does not match your billing one. If this happens, try again with the correct billing address.
Please note we only accept VISA, and JCB. We do not accept gift cards,Master card or AmEx at this time.
A simple typing error may also cause the transaction to be refused, including entering the wrong credit card number, expiration date or incorrect CVN-code (the security number on the back of your card).
If your credit is still not admitted that I have some suggestions:
- Wait one day and try again
- Make sure your card is still not over its limit
- Make sure your credit card has not expired
- Make sure you typed the name correctly on the front of the card
- Try a different credit card

6. How to get wholesale price?

If you buy more than 6 pieces together, we can offer you wholesale price. And you should talk with our customer service. By the way, wholesale only accept Western Union and bank transfer. The wholesale price depends on the quantity of your order.
